Lifetime Warranty: The structural shell of every AZ Best Priced Pools spa or pool is waranteed to remain structurally sound for the period of time the pool is owned by the original purchaser. This warranty covers failure of the shell to retain water due to cracks in the concrete structure of the pool only and does not cover any items external to the pool shell.
5 Year Equipment Warranty: All equipment installed by AZ Best Priced Pools including pumps, filters, heaters and electronic controls but excluding normal maintenance items is waranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for 5 years from date of pool start up.
5 Year Underground Warranty: All underground pool related plumbing, gas runs (including pipe & fittings) and all electrical runs installed by AZ Best Priced Pools are waranteed to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for 5 years from date of pool start up.
2 year Protection Warranty: All materials and workmanship used in the construction of the original purchaser's pool are waranteed to be free of defects for 2 years from date of pool start up.
Limitations and Conditions: Failures caused by lack of proper maintenance, improper operation, vandalism, or improper water chemistry are not covered under any waranty. Damage caused by drainage under or around pool or spa, earth fill movement, explosions, and expansive soil conditions is not covered. The pool or spa should be kept full of water at all times and should be used in accordance with all contractor and manufacturers policies and instruction manuals.
